Procedures

We have adapted our procedures to follow government guidelines as well as going above and beyond to ensure our guests safety to the best of our ability. Our cleaning process has always been carried out to the highest degree with the best suited products. We now also ensure that all touch points (door handles, tv remote etc.) are given an extra clean with antibacterial products to prevent any contamination. Antibacterial products are left in the cottage for use during your stay. At Linn of Avon Holiday Cottages we also offer a contactless entry option using our locked key box if you would rather this. Our Refund Policy

Our team understand the uncertainty of COVID-19 restrictions and wouldn’t want this to put our guests off booking and having something exciting to look forward to.  For this reason, we offer a full refund to our customers if we are unable to operate due to government restrictions as well as if local travel restrictions don’t allow you to attend your booking.
